Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 8 oz warm filtered water


Instructions

  • Warm water slightly (not hot).

  • Add lemon juice and ACV to a glass.

  • Stir in cayenne pepper.

 

  • Drink slowly, ideally on an empty stomach.

Notes

Start with ½ tbsp ACV if you’re new to it. Optional: add a touch of raw honey
